Edit: Delete, Figured it out! Had to think for a while. I love autoIT, so much thinking behind it!

This is where the For ... Next loop comes in handy. The problem was that unless hello was 0, $Hello would always evaluate as true. Since you were increasing it's value, after the first run: $Hello = 21 = True, so the loop is terminated.

$Hello = InputBox("Poseidon","How Many times?")

For $i = 1 To $Hello
    WinActivate("1")
    Sleep(1000)
    MouseClick("Left",612,743,1,500)
    Sleep(1000)
    MouseClick("Right",654,418,1,500)
    Sleep(1000)
    MouseClick("Left",647,426,1,500)
    Sleep(1000)
    MouseClick("Left",1010,344,1,500)
    Sleep(1000)
Next

Edit: Oh... You fixes it  In future don't edit the post and leave a message saying what the solution is.

Don't do that. Leave the questions there, with the answers, so other can find them in the future when they have similar issues. Deleting the question after you have your answer reduces the utility of the forum search function.
