jfcby
How do you get the amperstand character to show up in a GUICtrlCreateGroup? I've looked in the help file and the ASCII DEC = 38 and the HEX = 26 neither of them worked. I've tried Chr, ChrW, Asc, and AscW. Example GUICtrlCreateGroup("Test Chr() Ampersand = " & Chr(38) & " :", 7, 7, 358, 75) #include <GUIConstantsEx.au3> #include <WindowsConstants.au3> Opt('MustDeclareVars', 1) Example1() ; example 1 Func Example1() Local $msg GUICreate("My GUI") ; will create a dialog box that when displayed is centered GUISetState(@SW_SHOW) ; will display an empty dialog box GUICtrlCreateGroup("Test Chr() Ampersand = " & Chr(38) & " :", 7, 7, 358, 75) GUICtrlCreateGroup("", -99, -99, 1, 1) ;close group ; Run the GUI until the dialog is closed While 1 $msg = GUIGetMsg() If $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE Then ExitLoop WEnd GUIDelete() EndFunc ;==>Example1 Thank you for your help. jfcby Edited July 29, 2010 by jfcby Determined -- Devoted -- Delivered Make your mind up -- to seriously apply yourself -- accomplishing the desired results. **** A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.
