The problem is that if you use up winwdows XP (my OS) does not give problems if used on Windows 7 or nothing happens, even if you run the file as administrator. You know you help me? Having said that, I don't fully understand your question but if it works on XP and not Vista or 7 then try compiling to 64 bits.
