how to judge a dragNdropped item is folder

5 posts in this topic

lhw,

I have not tested this, but as @GUI_DragFile gives you the filename you could use FileGetAttrib to tell you if the "D" flag is set. :>

Please let me know if it works.

lhw,

Be careful with the return from FileGetAttrib - you should use StringInStr to test for a possible "D" as you might get some other attributes in there as well: :>

If If StringInStr(FileGetAttrib(@GUI_DragFile), "D") Then

All clear?
