Guys Need Your Help Need Recvpackets.txt of Rex. RO

I tried so many things to get recvpackets.txt of Rex Ragnarok Online....

but always it shows some error while extracting recvpackets.txt from packet extractor ....

i used all types of Packet Extractors but it shows d same errors

I have uploaded Rex. RO Patcher on filefactory because its too big to upload here
