Copy from clipboard, reformat and paste in excel

I need to copy data from a clipboard and rearrange it and paste it in excel.in the following way

Suppose I have data in clipboard of the following format-

mm nn pp hh dd df mm vvv

Paste in excel in the following format-

mm nn pp

hh dd df mm

How do I do that?

Just another example using RegExp:

What if I want to print in the excel in the following way..

(space) (space) hh dd df mm.

How would I get the 'tab' in the next row for one or more columns?
