Maybe this answers your question, if there is a question.. Maybe demo.exe can't be copied or moved while it's running.

Another thing is that FileCopy doesn't return the name of the file copied to, it just returns 1 or 0. So this, Run (@ScriptDir & "\"&$jj) translates to Run (@ScriptDir & "\"& 1 <or 0 if it failed>) which obviously isn't right.

you are copy a file to another file with random name... so you cant get the name of the new file, maybe you should store the name in a variable first, and use that variable.
