Read a line from a listView

Recommended Posts

ptrex

I need some support in reading a line from a listview on the GUI.

I tried to use GUICtrlGetState($listview) but it returns some kind of number which I don' t know what it is.

I need to get the data from the line which is selected in the listview by pressing on a button.

The button is there the listviiew is there, the data is OK.

If someone can tell me how to read the selected data ??

Download a latest BETA and look at the _GUICtrlListViewXXXX() functions.

Thanks

I will have a look.

The problem in searching in Helptext is that some GUI functions are categorised in the section GUI REFERENCE.

And than others are in the section of UDF ??

This is confusing !!!

Maybe a tip to bring everything that relates to the GUI in the GUI REFERENCE section.

Don't you agree ?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

UDF = User Defined Functions, these are not the built in functions of autoit.

SciTE for AutoItDirections for Submitting Standard UDFs

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.
