$LVS_EX_FULLROWSELECT not working?

Recommended Posts

$Listview = _GUICtrlListView_Create($GUI,"",8, 224, 489, 254, 0x0000000D, $LVS_EX_FULLROWSELECT)

_GUICtrlListView_AddColumn($Listview, "C1", 122)
_GUICtrlListView_AddColumn($Listview, "C2", 90)
_GUICtrlListView_AddColumn($Listview, "C3", 50)
_GUICtrlListView_AddColumn($Listview, "C4", 70)
_GUICtrlListView_AddColumn($Listview, "C5", 70)
_GUICtrlListView_AddColumn($Listview, "C6", 70)

For $i = 0 To 100
    _GUICtrlListView_AddItem($Listview, "1")
    _GUICtrlListView_AddSubItem($Listview, $i, "2", 1)
    _GUICtrlListView_AddSubItem($Listview, $i, "3", 2)
    _GUICtrlListView_AddSubItem($Listview, $i, "4", 3)
    _GUICtrlListView_AddSubItem($Listview, $i, "5", 4)
    _GUICtrlListView_AddSubItem($Listview, $i, "6", 5)
Next

There's still no full row select.

Any ideas what's wrong?

AdmiralManHairAlkex,

Don't know why

It is because the GUICtrlCreateListView function expects $WS_EX_* extended styles and rather than $LVS_EX_* extended styles. Moreover, the $LVS_EX_* extended styles are often numerically similar to $WS_EX_* ones and so cannot be distinguished. _GUICtrlListView_SetExtendedListViewStyle uses SENDMESSAGE to do the job and so avoids any confusion. :)

AdmiralManHairAlkex,

But this is _GUICtrlListView_Create

Sorry, I assumed it was the same function as in another thread on the same subject I answered a few days ago. However, given the numerical equivalence of the values I imagine it is the same problem, so perhaps we need to get the Help file changed. :)
