Looking for a way to open a notepad style window(what even the screen size is, just maximize) where has a text file opened inside it

I think you might be looking for an Edit control.

Post the code of the example and specify what you do not understand.

I think there are 2 parts of this script

the first part is how to build a notepad style window.

second part is how to read the file content in it

Why not use the original ?

Thing is, your current position of not being prepared to do anything whatsoever to help yourself, is not one that inspires a persons helpful nature.
