Sedoc94 Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Hi So I got this: $i1 = 1 $i2 = 001 Do Send("test[" & $i1 & '] = " test\' & $i2 & '.jpg" {ENTER}') $i1 = $i2 + 1 $i2 = $i2 + 1 Until $i2 == 3 I want this to increase $i2 to increase like 001, 002, 003 But the way it goes now is it starts with 1 and when 1 is added the value changes to 2 instead of 002. Also when the value reaches 10 i want it to be 010 and not 0010. Can anybody help me? Thank you very much Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GEOSoft Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 I changed your send to a console write for this example but you can change it back. $i1 = 1 $i2 = 001 Do ConsoleWrite("test[" & $i1 & '] = " test\' & StringFormat("%03d", $i2) & '.jpg"' & @CRLF) $i1 = $i2 + 1 $i2 = $i2 + 1 Until $i2 == 25 George Question about decompiling code? Moderators Melba23 Posted July 20, 2011 Moderators Share Posted July 20, 2011 GEOSoft,I have spent today introducing some young people to the joy of flight. A few weeks ago I found this quote (which is attributed to Leonardo da Vinci):"Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk with your eyes turned to the skies - for there you have been and there you will long to return"My only question about it is how on earth did he know? Because he is absolutely correct! GEOSoft Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Now that's a tough one. Lets try this; $i1 = 1 $i2 = 001 Do Send("test[" & $i1 & '] = " test\' & StringFormat("%03d", $i2) & '.jpg"{ENTER}') $i1 = $i2 + 1 $i2 = $i2 + 1 Until $i2 == 25 George Question about decompiling code? Moderators Melba23 Posted July 20, 2011 Moderators Share Posted July 20, 2011 Sedoc94,Use this:Send("test[" & $i1 & '] = " test\' & StringFormat("%03i", $i1) & ".jpg" {ENTER}')and you should get what you want. If it does not work then try this:$sString = "test[" & $i1 & '] = " test\' & StringFormat("%03i", $i1) & ".jpg" Send($sString & "{ENTER}")so you get the string fully formatted before Sending.
