I do this a lot with part numbers, say all part numbers have 4 digits.

QuickExample.

$output=""
for $i=1 to 1200 step 35
$i4=Stringright("0000"&$i,4) ; use the right 4 digits
$output=$output&$i4&@CRLF ; just combining for output
Next
MsgBox(1,"Number",$output)

This is great, but I have another question.

how to see all possible combinations of numbers from 1 to 6 without repeating a number

example:

This is correct

123456

654321

263415

This is not right

112233

123451

123345

thanks

HR78,

Use _ArrayPermute:

#include <Array.au3>

Global $aArray[6] = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

$aPerms = _ArrayPermute($aArray)

_ArrayDisplay($aPerms)
