lawonama,

This should give you the idea - the button works until you press "t", then pressing "ENTER" or "ESCAPE" makes it work again. :)

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

; Declare flag
$fDisable = False

; Set HotKeys
HotKeySet("{ENTER}", "_ReEnable")
HotKeySet("{ESC}",   "_ReEnable")
HotKeySet("t",       "_Disable")

; Create GUI
$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)

$hText = GUICtrlCreateInput("", 10, 10, 200, 20)

$hButton = GUICtrlCreateButton("Do It!", 10, 100, 80, 30)

GUISetState()

While 1

    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
        Case $hButton
            one()
    EndSwitch

WEnd

Func one()
    ; Check flag
    If $fDisable Then Return
    ; Action
    ConsoleWrite("Func one called at " & @SEC & @CRLF)
EndFunc

Func _Disable()
    ; Set flag
    $fDisable = True
EndFunc

Func _ReEnable()
    ; Clear flag
    $fDisable = False
EndFunc

Is that what you wanted? :mellow:

lawonama,

You are continually posting little snippets of code which "do not work". We keep trying to help you, but as you never really explain very well why the code does not work it is getting very tedious. :)

Why not post your whole script so we can see what you are trying to do - perhaps then all will become clear and you will get some serious help. :mellow:
