It should work like this if pixel color is 0xDBDBDB than play sound but instead it plays sound all the time and stops

sound playing when pixel color is 0xDBDBDB.

HotKeySet("{PAUSE}", "endscript")
$done = 0
$coord = 0
do
if $coord = PixelSearch(623, 984, 628, 989, 0xDBDBDB,10) Then
  SoundPlay(@WindowsDir & "\media\Windows XP Balloon.wav",1)
   EndIf

    Sleep(10)
Until $done = 1Func endscript()
    ToolTip("")
$done = 1
    Exit
EndFunc

tskedition,

Because PixelSeach returns an array - as clearly statedin the Help file. ;)

Try this - I have not tested it but logically it should work (famous last words!): :)

HotKeySet("{PAUSE}", "endscript")
$done = 0
$coord = 0
Do
    ; Look for the pixel
    PixelSearch(623, 984, 628, 989, 0xDBDBDB, 10)
    ; If no error then pixel was found
    If Not @error Then
        SoundPlay(@WindowsDir & "\media\Windows XP Balloon.wav", 1)
    EndIf
    Sleep(10)
Until $done = 1
Func endscript()
    ToolTip("")
    $done = 1
    Exit ; You do not need this as you exit the main loop when $done is set
EndFunc   ;==>endscript

Does it work for you? :graduated:
