Make sure you are connected to the correct document with something like:

ConsoleWrite(_IEDocReadHTML($oMainFrame) & @CRLF)

Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble

#include <IE.au3>

$sUrl = 'http://www.site.com/'
$oIE = _IECreate($sUrl)
If @error Then
MsgBox(16, 'Error', _IECreate)
Exit
EndIf
$oTags = _IETagNameGetCollection($oIE, 'input')
If Not @error Then
For $oTag In $oTags
If $oTag.ClassName == 'standardButton' And $oTag.value == 'Refresh' Then
_IEAction($oTag, 'click')
_IELoadWait($oIE)
MsgBox(64, 'Info', 'OK')
EndIf
Next
Else
MsgBox(16, 'Error', '_IETagNameGetCollection')
EndIf
