global $strc=560260

MouseMove(533,545) ;use mouse to start select

MouseDown("left")

sleep(2000)

MouseMove(578,545) ;end select

MouseUp("left")

Send("^c") ;copy selected

$z=Send("^c")

if $z = $strc Then ;<== fails to compare?? because $z = 1?

ToolTip("11")

sleep(5000)

Else

ToolTip("22")

sleep(5000)

EndIf

Any solution to copy the text?

tan123,

$z is set to 1 because that is the return code from Send("^c"). You need to get the contents of the Clipboard which holds the copied text: :D

$z=ClipGet()
