Anyone make a PORTMON that will work under x64?

I'm trying to script a process together for when I connect my dive computer however, I'm running Win7 x64 and SysInternals PORTMON.exe will not function with this OS.

1. Does anyone know of a free PORTMON like app that will work in x64?

or

2. Has anyone made a small port monitor script that will work in x64?
