GUICtrlRead(GUICtrlRead($listview) without "|"

Recommended Posts

$listview = GUICtrlCreateListView("Profil ", 50, 50, 250, 250)
$var = IniReadSectionNames("settings.ini")
    For $i = 1 To $var[0]
        $item = GUICtrlCreateListViewItem($var[$i], $listview)
MsgBox(0, "listview item", GUICtrlRead(GUICtrlRead($listview)), 2)

How can i get text without "|" at the end of my selected item?

i tried with

$profil = _GUICtrlListView_GetItemText($listview, _GUICtrlListView_GetSelectedIndices($listview))

but it wont work :)

You can use StringReplace($yourlistviewstring, "|", "")

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
