kuzmich
Hello, i'm trying to use functions PixelGetColor() and PixelSearch() under virtualbox and they give me colors behind the active window (like it is transparent). Without virtualbox script works perfectly. I tried using options MouseCoordMode and PixelCoordMode but it doesnt make any difference. Thanks in advance. Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted January 30, 2012 Moderators Share Posted January 30, 2012 Hi, kuzmich. Are you running your script in the VirtualBox VM, or are you running it from your host machine and attempting to capture the pixel in the VM? "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind. Bert
Is there a reason why the script can't run inside the virtual machine? The Vollatran project My blog: http://www.vollysinterestingshit.com/
kuzmich
Well, that's what I'm trying to figure =) But if you meant if there are any differences - there are none, even OS on the virtual machine is the same.
BrewManNH
He's asking you why aren't you running the script on the VM instead of the host machine? Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted January 30, 2012 Moderators Share Posted January 30, 2012 Maybe I am reading his response to my question incorrectly, but I thought he stated he is running it on the vm...2 JLogan3o13: Yes, script is running on VM "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind. Bert
He isn't running the script on the VM. He is running it on the host machine. My question is: why? What can't he run the script on the virtual machine? Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted January 30, 2012 Moderators Share Posted January 30, 2012 You are correct, MPH, if that is the case my question was the same. kuzmich
For example, this little script. #RequireAdmin HotKeySet("{ESC}", "Terminate") conf_color() Func Terminate() Exit 0 EndFunc Func conf_color() While 1 sleep(10) Local $pos = MouseGetPos() Local $temp_col = 0 $temp_col = Hex(PixelGetColor($pos[0],$pos[1])) ToolTip(@CRLF & @CRLF & "C: " & $temp_col & @CRLF & @CRLF & "Press ESC to exit", 0, 0) WEnd EndFunc P.S. It works correctly with pictures, mspaint, etc. But not with my Direct3D application.
