GUI part with vertical scroll

Recommended Posts

kiboost

Hi,

I'm doing a tool listing lot of informations, and I would like to put all in a fixed size GUI. I need some fixed part like usual, but a big aera with some labels, buttons, inputs etc which need a vertical scroll bar to go up and down in the fixed size GUI.

I have no idea how to do this, so any help would be much appreciated.

Thks

kiboost,

If you run into problems and need a hint: :oops:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#include <WindowsConstants.au3>
#include <WinAPI.au3>

#include <GUIScrollbars_Ex.au3>

$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)
GUISetBkColor(0xFFCCCC)

$cButton_Main = GUICtrlCreateButton("Test Main", 10, 10, 80, 30)

$hGUI_Child = GUICreate("Child", 300, 300, 100, 100, BitOr($WS_POPUP, $WS_BORDER))
GUISetBkColor(0xCCFFCC)

GUICtrlCreateLabel("", 0, 0, 300, 450)
GUICtrlSetBkColor(-1, 0xCCCCFF)

$cButton_Child = GUICtrlCreateButton("Test Child", 10, 460, 80, 30)

; Set main GUI as parent
_WinAPI_SetParent($hGUI_Child, $hGUI)
; Show child
GUISetState()

_GUIScrollbars_Generate($hGUI_Child, 0, 500)

GUISetState(@SW_SHOW, $hGUI)

While 1

    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
        Case $cButton_Main
            MsgBox(0, "Main", "Button Pressed")
        Case $cButton_Child
            MsgBox(0, "Child", "Button Pressed")
    EndSwitch

WEnd
