Starting separate instances on different monitors

I have searched around in these forums, but I cannot find a solution to a problem I have. I want to make a little autostart which will execute 2 different spreadsheets in 2 instances of Excel on 2 monitors (one instance on each monitor). I have found several examples of how to find all sorts of information on the monitors, but nowhere on how to use this information.

Anybody have a tips?

I'm not sure but I would assume that Excel is started on the primary monitor by default:

- Get the size and position of the secondary monitor

- Start the first Excel instance and move the window to the second monitor with winmove

- Start the second instance of Excel
