OrthodoxyUSA
Hi guys! My company desires to control releases of products (even internal ones) by file version number. After compiling my code using Aut2Exe, I noted that the version number of my file was 3.3.6.1. That's the same version number as the AutoIt3.exe that I am using. Anybody know how to 'set' the number so it can be independant of the AutoIt3.exe? Paul

Bert
When you are looking at the top of your script after you compile it you will see the information. If you don't then add the line. For example I have a small script I use at the office to create a context menu for certain apps. This is @ the top of my script: #Region ;**** Directives created by AutoIt3Wrapper_GUI **** #AutoIt3Wrapper_Icon=..icons10.ico #AutoIt3Wrapper_Outfile=C:Documents and SettingsMPHMy DocumentsAutoIt scripts_localSalesforceS Menu.exe #AutoIt3Wrapper_UseUpx=n #AutoIt3Wrapper_Res_Fileversion=2.0.0.1 #AutoIt3Wrapper_Res_requestedExecutionLevel=asInvoker #EndRegion ;**** Directives created by AutoIt3Wrapper_GUI **** Edited June 4, 2012 by Bellicus The Vollatran project My blog: http://www.vollysinterestingshit.com/
