Questions on "holding a key" and inputting coordinates

Recommended Posts

Hi, would like to enquire whether it is possible to write a script which enables me to "hold down a key" and at the same time, pointing to this particular location.

I have already tried mousedown, "key down" all doesnt work.. =(

Hi, premon, welcome to the forum. What application are you trying to send the key stroke(s) to? Depending on the app, there may be an easier way to accomplish what you're after.

pointing to this particular location.

Which Location?

anyways try this

_HoldKeyDown('a',2000)   ; 2 Seconds
Func _HoldKeyDown($sKey,$sTime)
$sTimer=TimerInit()
While TimerDiff($sTimer)<$sTime
  Send($sKey)
WEnd
EndFunc

If it is a shortcut key i.e. (CTRL,SHIFT,ALT) try this

Send('{CTRLDOWN}')
