How Can I Get the Full Path to the Image Currently Worked On, with Paint.EXE?

I am using Windows XP SP3,

and I have a question regarding PAINT.EXE.

If I work on some image now, how can I get the full path for it?

(like: C:\Folder\Folder\Image.BMP)

I've found the last opend file in paint.exe in this MRU list:

Is there a chance maybe to get it also from the Common Filfe Save Dialog?

I can do this to open the Save File Dialog:

Send("!f")    ;Alt-F for the File menu
Send("a")    ;A for "Save As..."

then the dialog will open.

Is there any way that I can "ask" from it to return its current path?

(and then I will close it)
