Disable user interaction specific window?

Hey. I know blockinput gets the job done, but if someone is holding ctrl, alt or the shift key when it's enabled it seems to bug out and never refresh its status.

My script opens run when a program stops working, this happens at any time and the computer might be in use when it happens.

How can I disable interaction with the Run window only?

Something like

If winexists ("Run") then

Blockinput ("Run", 1)

Send ("something")

Blockinput ("Run", 0)

Endif

For now I have the run keep trying to write whatever it is supposed to till it is correct, but it just doesnt feel "stable" enough.

You want to be able to interact with this window and restricted for anyone else?

Edit: And if you talk about what I think why don't you use Run() function or simply hide this window?

$sStart = 'notepad'
While 1
If WinExists($sString) Then
_InteractWithRun($sStart,WinGetHandle($sString))
ExitLoop
EndIf
WEnd

Func _InteractWithRun($sText, $sIden)
BlockInput(1)
WinSetState($sIden,'',@SW_HIDE)
ControlSend($sIden,'','[CLASS:Edit; INSTANCE:1]',$sText)
ControlSend($sIden,'','[CLASS:Edit; INSTANCE:1]','{ENTER}')
BlockInput(0)
EndFunc
