but in Command prompt(DOS) does not display any thing when I use echo

Plus have you seen that it is a hidden window according to the help file

I dont believe there is any point of echo for using with _RunDOS

its for executing command that have any effect on the system (correct me if im wrong)

Correct, but what on earth has that to do with the thread?

As has been explained to you above , _RunDOS runs a hidden command prompt so you will never see your "ECHO". Trong has shown you how you can see it by using ComSpec with the "/k" switch. So your problem is solved.
