Need help with GUI activating progress bar.

Hey, I am a beginner and really new to Autoit. I made my first GUI with Koda and put a progress bar and a button. What I want to know is how to put the function of activating the progress bar into the button. Here is the code:

#include
#include
#include
#include
#Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form=
$Form2 = GUICreate("Form2", 405, 293, 219, 124)
$Button1 = GUICtrlCreateButton("A button.", 48, 48, 305, 89)
$Progress1 = GUICtrlCreateProgress(0, 184, 401, 105)
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)
#EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ###

While 1
$nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
Switch $nMsg
Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
Exit

EndSwitch
WEnd

It would be helpful if you changed the code so I could activate the progress bar on the bottom. Thanks a ton!

BLAZEX344,

Welcome to the AutoIt forum. :)

As the old saying goes, we try to teach you how to fish rather than act as fishmongers. So let me give you some pointers and we will see if you can get there yourself. If you look at the Help file example for GUICtrlCreateButton you will see how to recognise the button being actioned - once you have that sorted we can look to see how you could then activate the progress bar. :)

See you soon with some new code I hope. ;)
