How to go next tab of windows?

Recommended Posts

That doesn't make any sense, what exactly are you trying to do?

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I hereby grant any person the right to use any code I post, that I am the original author of, on the autoitscript.com forums, unless I've specifically stated otherwise in the code or the thread post. If you do use my code all I ask, as a courtesy, is to make note of where you got it from.

That is simple: You are not providing enough information to give any sort of proper answer.

What is the program you're trying to interact with? The control ID parameter of the ControlCommand line in your first post is probably wrong. I don't know if this example code will help you or not, but here you go.. This is a way I use that function to switch to the first tab in a program if it's not already selected.

; Change to first Tab if it's not already selected
$TabItem = ControlCommand("Forum Spam List Checker", "", "SysTabControl321", "CurrentTab")
If $TabItem <> 1 Then
    For $a = 1 To $TabItem - 1
        ControlCommand("Forum Spam List Checker", "", "SysTabControl321", "TabLeft")
        Sleep(100)
    Next
EndIf
