BrewManNH
I would start by looking at the examples in the help file for _Date_Time_SetSystemTime, because it appears you're doing it wrong, although I've never used it myself the examples show a completely different method of using it. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. Vegar
i've looked at it.. but cant find a solution.. i've tried _Date_Time_SetSystemTime and _date_time_EncodeSystemTime If i write for example _Date_Time_EncodeSystemTime(11, 11, 2011, 10, 11, 11) the date/time wil change... but how can i change it to the date i chose in the Guictrlcreatedate?? BrewManNH
You'd have to split up the return of the function to give you the parameters the _Date_Time_EncodeSystemTime function requires, or use another method to set the date and/or time. One way to do it would be to use _RunDos and use the old style DOS Date and Time commands to do it in a hidden window. Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted May 3, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 3, 2013 Saying "why does AutoIt crash" doesn't help us much. Can you please supply us with the error(s) you see in the console?
