Just run IsPressed in a loop until the return is 0. But do open the DLL first and use the handle and put a Sleep in the loop like this:

#include <Misc.au3>

HotKeySet("{ESC}", "On_Exit")

$hDLL = DllOpen("user32.dll")

While 1

    If _IsPressed("27", $hDLL) Then ; If Rt Arrow pressed

        MsgBox(0, "Hi", "Rt Arrow key pressed" & @CRLF & @CRLF & "Keep it pressed until MsgBox exits" , 2)

        Until _IsPressed("27", $hDLL) = 0

        MsgBox(0, "Hi", "Rt Arrow key released", 2)

Func On_Exit()
All clear? :)
