Random Key Presser

Recommended Posts

Roflord

so, i'm trying to make a script that would return a random value between 0 and 9, and input it directly, problem is i don't know how to properly make it work

also, would this work with a program in which some scripts may not work?

like, say, terraria 1.2?

so, here's the script

HotKeySet("{F2}", "RandWeap")

While 1

WEnd

Func RandWeap()
    If Random(0,9) = 0 Then
        Send(0,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 1 Then
        Send(1,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 2 Then
        Send(2,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 3 Then
        Send(3,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 4 Then
        Send(4,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 5 Then
        Send(5,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 6 Then
        Send(6,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 7 Then
        Send(7,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 8 Then
        Send(8,1)
    EndIf
    If Random(0,9) = 9 Then
        Send(9,1)
    EndIf
EndFunc

for those who may still not understand what i'm trying to do, it is a random weapon selector for terraria, that will press a random weapon or equipment key every time you press a certain button

also, i've recently tried one for soldat which could've worked the exact same way but for some reason it didn't work at all, wonder if it's because of terraria's latest updates or because it was meant for soldat

anyways thanks in advance

Roflord,

somdcomputerguy is quite right - please read the Forum rules (the link is also at bottom right of each page) - particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - before you post again. Thread locked. :naughty:

But welcome to the AutoIt forum - and see you soon with a legitimate question I hope. :)
