webb34 Posted October 10, 2013 Posted October 10, 2013 Hey there! I am generating some HTML, and I saw on the wiki, in the array section, the author used an underline to go to the next line while assigning values to the variable for readability purposes. I can't seem to get it to work with a string. I am trying $html = _ "blahblahblah" _ "blah blah blah"
BrewManNH Posted October 10, 2013 Posted October 10, 2013 (edited) Change it to this when dealing with strings. $html = _ "blahblahblah" & _ "blah blah blah" Edited October 10, 2013 by BrewManNH webb34 1 If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. webb34 Posted October 10, 2013 Author Posted October 10, 2013 (edited) And never mind. I realized there wasn't a '&'. it should look like this $html = _ "blahbklahblah" & _ "blah blah blah" The & is still needed because there are multiple strings being put together EDIT: Woah! Thanks for the fast responses guys! Edited October 10, 2013 by webb34
