AU3Check and ByRef with Call function

AU3Check say that error in my script:
error: __lang() previously called with Const or expression on ByRef param(s).

ConsoleWrite(echo('hello') & @LF)

Func echo($msg)
    Call('__lang' ,$msg)
    Return $msg
EndFunc

Func __lang(ByRef $msg)
    Switch $msg
        Case 'hello'
            $msg = 'привет'
    EndSwitch
EndFunc

But if i turn off AU3Check with

#AutoIt3Wrapper_Run_AU3Check=n

the script work fine.

it is a bug?

The script runs but doesn't work correctly as the intended return value isn't shown and still displays 'hello'.

Agree?

Don't use Call and it works fine with no errors. Use __lang($msg) instead of using the Call statement. Seems to only be an issue when using Call.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
