Coding sound recognition

Hi Forum! I was doing a bot but i got stuck with something. 

My question is:

How can I do a sound recognition?

Because it depends on what is said. If it says something, i have to press an extra key, and if it doesn't say that, it's ok, I don't have to press the extra key. You know what i meant?

Does it exist? a command to identify and do a sound condition?

There is a speech recognition script in example scripts forum if I recall.

Not sure if it has dependencies other than windows.
