TCP communication with non Autoit apps ?

Hi 
is it possible to recive tcp data from apps that are made by non Autoit language ?
 
i want to send some info from my android phone to my pc
i will use rfo basic to make the android app  (which support tcp)
and will use Autoit to receive and show that tcp data that had been delivered from the android app
i will use local network not internet
 
 
is that possible ?

tcp is not patented by AutoIt. why would that NOT be possible?

TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) shud be TCP regardless of what program you use on other end. one app to comunicate with another shud not have any problems if you know how to send with one language and how to recive with another.
