Audio streaming ?

hi all

is it possible to stream audio from microphone to the internet ? i dont care how tcp . upd .http post...
can it be done ?

i have an idea of streaming is to record from the microphone for 5 seconds and write the data to a local file then send the file through tcp and in the same time when the file is send another file is made beside the first one and continue the record on it for another 5 secs and so on  , is that possible ?

i dont want to use any ready code or any external programs or scripts

please give me ideas or autoit codes

any other ideas are appreciated
