Skewsy Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 My little .au3 and it's compiled .exe both run manually and do the job fine. I've created a "at startup" to run in Task Scheduler and tested both but a very short message - I presume error - pops up and the actions don't happen. Any suggestions as to what settings I might have wrong in Task Scheduler?

orbs Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 hello Skewsy, welcome to AutoIt and to the forum. Task Scheduler is a different beast. you should begin by checking the Task Scheduler log to determine the issue. If so happens that the issue is caused by an error in your script - which i seriously doubt - come back here with all the details you have gathered. some of us do enjoy guessing games, but in their proper place; and as JohnOne implies, this is not one of them.
