Two controls that do the same thing in a case statement

Recommended Posts

I have two different guis as part of this application. The window that is used 90% of the time has context menus on it. The secondary window which is basically the settings page for the application. On this window I have various controls like radio and buttons.

In the context menu I have an option to load configuration and on the settings page I have a button to do the same activity.

So to save lines of code in my message loop is there a way to basically do

Case $btnLoadConfig or $ctxMenuLoadConfig Do AppLoadconfig()

Below is snippet of my case statement.

While 1
   Global $iMsg = GUIGetMsg()
   Switch $iMsg
      Case $btnLoadConfig
      Case $ctxMenuLoadConfig

Separate the 2 variables with a comma on the same Case line.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I hereby grant any person the right to use any code I post, that I am the original author of, on the autoitscript.com forums, unless I've specifically stated otherwise in the code or the thread post. If you do use my code all I ask, as a courtesy, is to make note of where you got it from.
