Autoit Window Info Tool Not working as expected with different monitor.

I often use Window Info Tool  with the magnify option quite frequently.  Never have any problem.  I try to  use it on a different computer and monitor, and now it is giving me problem.  The image and color under the cursor does not match with what I am pointing.  The magnification under the cursor is actually displaying pixels somewhere else on the screen.  It is totally off.  I am pointing at red pixel at one location and magnification displayed yellow pixel that is located several inches away somewhere else.  I tried updating the monitor's driver and I believe the graphic card has the correct driver.  What is going on?
