When i execute (F5) it doesnt give any errors, but it doesnt show that it has run either. 

I am trying to understand why the function doesnt get called, and the whole thing just doesnt work..

File always have to be saved i see, im a noob sorry!

Not always, just initially as the file extension is used to determine the tools.

After that, a file save will be done each time you hit F5.

Not really solved because your Call statement is missing the parentheses. BTW, there's no really good reason to use Call rather than just using this:

while 1
   Sleep (5000)
    test()
WEnd

Also, your function is only going to be called once, then it is going to get stuck in the function and never return from it, so there is no need to have 2 While loops, as the second one is an endless loop. Technically so is the first one, but that's immaterial because it won't ever get to the Wend in the first While loop.
