Shutdown = Virus?

How can I fix this? I usually use my .exes to make faster all my actions, but when I make a .exe with the code: 

Sleep(5000)
Shutdown(6)

And I complie it, my antivirus instantly removes it as if that were a Trojan. Any way to fix the code?

Does any other script get its attention, or just shutdown?

Usually it's everything or nothing.
