Network simulator

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is any utility developed in autoit that does networking simulator such as test limited bandwidth, latency andor packet lost?

I am looking to use or build one such as TMnetsim

Have a look at this: >Performance Counters in Windows it does network performance.

Yes it does network performance but this is not what I am looking for.

The TMnetsim can simulate delay packets and drop packets.
