Czech characters from the website

Hello, Please latest advice with a problem. Using a script (function _INetGetSource($url)) loading text from a Web page. However, if the stránkce appear Czech characters (letters with hooks and commas) so they can not be properly displayed in the dialog box. Only text without the Czech characters are displayed correctly. If this URL appears in the browser windows, so the characters are fine.
Please advice with this problem.
