Problem with registration of AutoitX3.dll

When i try to load AutoitX3.dll with cmd runned by admin appair that message:

"Impossible load the module "AutoitX3.dll".

Make sure the binary file is on the right path bla bla bla............

Impossible to find the module specified."

but i have checked and the AutoitX3.dll is on c:/windows/system32

What i'm doing wrong?

Error in character 17 of your command maybe.

I solved registring it on sysWOW64.
