FinishHim,

I have not worked much with icon view ListViews, but in report view _GUICtrlListView_GetItemPosition returns the item position relative to the viewing area of the ListView. Perhaps that might work here too. :)

thank you Melba23 but it's not that what I'm looking I have to find a solution apparently there is no other!

my solution

Func _Find_All_ItemListview_IsVisible_array($LvHwnd)
                Local $TempInd
                For $kk = 0 To _GUICtrlListView_GetItemCount($LvHwnd)
                    If _GUICtrlListView_IsItemVisible($LvHwnd, $kk) Then $TempInd &= $kk & ";"
                Next
                Local $TempIndArry = StringSplit($TempInd, ";", 1)
                If @error Then Return False
                ReDim $TempIndArry[$TempIndArry[0]]
                $TempIndArry[0] -= 1
                Return $TempIndArry
            EndFunc   ;==>_Find_All_Item_IsVisible_array
