right know there is while 1=1 in the start and WEnd in the end

If you've made a 20k line script, I'd expect you to know that, or make more sense in your post.

well the script has i made have lines that are the same but not always.

i just made a normal script that run over i know around how much time it going on but not sure about the seconds which are critical for me.

yet i am not using autoit for other than loop which going over and over so i dont know how to use other commands

Just look at those functions in the help file, they have examples which are very very simple to understand.
