How do I right click a program from Windows Tray?

Hi, I'm having troubles trying to rightclick McAfee from my windows tray. My Image search won't detect and work.

I can't just coordinate it nor use arrow keys since the position isn't constant. Any other alternatives?

Is this just for your own use or others?  If just for you then you could set the tray to show all icons and notifications using the check box.  Drag the tray icon with the mouse to a particular position where it will be the same no matter how many icons load.  Windows will remember the tray icon position if you drag it there after all the tray icons are showing.

If for everyone then I don't have a suggestion currently.
