I image search a tiny black portion of the loading icon and did this code

$result = _ImageSearch("load.bmp",0,$x1,$y1,0)
while $result = 1
   MouseMove($x1,$y1)
   sleep(5000)
WEnd
;insert proceeded steps

load.jpg

Yet the script still proceeds even though image is still present. I need it to pause while there is still a loading icon.

Xavia: you need to use Progress Bar...

$result = _ImageSearch("load.bmp",0,$x1,$y1,0)
while $result = 1
   MouseMove($x1,$y1)
   Progresson("Serching..")
   For $i = 10 To 100 Step 10
        Sleep(1000)
        ProgressSet($i, $i & "%")
    Next
   sleep(5000)
WEnd
ProgressOff ( )

You have to put the _ImageSearch line inside the loop, otherwise it's only being checked once before the loop and never again.

while $result = 1
    $result = _ImageSearch("load.bmp",0,$x1,$y1,0) ; <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
   MouseMove($x1,$y1)
   sleep(5000)
WEnd
;insert proceeded steps

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I hereby grant any person the right to use any code I post, that I am the original author of, on the autoitscript.com forums, unless I've specifically stated otherwise in the code or the thread post. If you do use my code all I ask, as a courtesy, is to make note of where you got it from.
