listen to ip/port then send to another

Hi there,

I want to ask if my idea is possible if it is please post an example script.

Scenario:

I have two ip addresses in my server lets say for example 192.168.1.101 and 192.168.1.102 they are both in the same machine and same gateway.

I want the script to listen on 192.168.1.101 then send it to 192.168.1.102 like a vpn server

would that be possible? again if it is possible please include a sample script. thanks.
