Read content of a file from the web

Hi,

does AutoIt have a feature to read data from the web? Basically I just want to read the Content of a simple text file, that is located on a website. I have the URL and the rights to Access that file. I am using 3.3.8.1 and on a first view in the help file I couldn't find functions for that.
